Shipping
Retail orders ship to street addresses in the United States. Defense sprays are classified as hazardous materials and ship USPS Ground Advantage only: no air or expedited service, and no P.O. boxes. Where faster shipping options appear at checkout, they apply only to items that are eligible to ship by air. We cannot ship defense sprays to New York, Massachusetts, Alaska, or Hawaii, and we cannot ship stun devices to states that restrict them.
Free counter pickup: every item in our store can be picked up free at Focal Point Academy, 1717 E. Vista Way Suite 201, Vista, CA 92084. Choose “Free Counter Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready.
Buyer eligibility
By purchasing defense sprays or stun devices you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older (defense spray: 16–17 only with parental consent), are legally eligible to purchase and possess these items under California law and the laws of your shipping destination, and have not been convicted of a felony or assault, and are not addicted to any narcotic drug. Defense sprays sold in California are limited to 2.5 oz per canister.
Returns
Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for store credit or exchange. For safety reasons, defense sprays, stun devices, and projectile launchers are final sale once shipped or picked up. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Course cancellations
Training courses may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice for full credit toward a future class; credit must be used within 60 days and is non-transferable.
