Under California law you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Focal Point Academy does not sell personal information for money. Our use of Google Ads remarketing may count as sharing under California law.

How to opt out

• Cookie banner: choose Reject, or turn off advertising cookies, in the cookie banner on our site.
• Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt out for that browser and turn off advertising and remarketing tags.
• Email: send a message to courses@bsistraining.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.”
• Phone: call or text (760) 670-9272.
