Ammunition: bring 50 rounds for your first firearm and 30 rounds for each additional firearm.
You must be 21 or older to apply for a California CCW permit.

How It Works
- Book a time and bring each firearm you want to add, your current CCW license and enough ammunition
- Shoot the qualification course of fire with each firearm under instructor supervision
- Receive the qualification documentation to submit with your amendment to your issuing agency
Pricing
$60 for the first firearm and $25 for each additional firearm in the same visit. The $23 range fee, ammunition and targets are not included.
Each sheriff’s office has its own amendment process and rules on which firearms can be listed. Check with your issuing agency before you book.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48 hours or more before your course date and your payment is refunded, less a 10% cancellation fee, within 24 to 48 hours of your request. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your course or miss your class, the payment is not refunded, but you get one free rebook to use within 30 days.
Prefer a Private Session?
This course is also available as a private one on one or small group session for students who want more flexibility, a quieter learning environment, or more personalized instruction. Private scheduling is subject to instructor availability, and range availability for live-fire courses.

FAQs
How many firearms can I add in one visit?
As many as you can qualify with in the session. The first firearm is $60 and each additional firearm is $25.
What do I need to bring?
Your current CCW license, each firearm you want to add, enough ammunition for the qualification with each one, and eye and ear protection if you have them.
Do you submit the amendment for me?
No. We provide the qualification documentation, and you submit the amendment through your issuing agency following its process.
