Private Firearms Coaching With Emily Chen
Emily Chen is the founder and lead instructor of ASI Dynamics and a trusted partner of Focal Point Academy. She coaches one on one, in pairs and in small teams, for brand new shooters and experienced shooters who want to get sharper, at Iron Sights in Oceanside and Prado Olympic Shooting Park in Chino.
ASI Dynamics LLC is an independent training company. Sessions are booked, priced and taught by ASI Dynamics.
Meet Emily
Founder and Lead Instructor, ASI Dynamics
According to ASI Dynamics, Emily has taught more than 2,000 individual students and over 3,000 groups of 3 to 25 shooters, from civilians to first responders and military members. She is a former U.S. Marine Corps Underwater Egress Trainer instructor and a former Orange County Sheriff's Department certified CCW instructor.
Her coaching is structured and patient. She explains why each technique works, tracks your progress, and builds a plan around your goals, whether that is your first time holding a firearm, concealed carry, or competition level speed and accuracy. A Marine Corps match director wrote that her techniques pushed his highly trained Marines beyond their conventional training.

Do I need experience?
No. Emily works with complete beginners as well as experienced and competitive shooters.
Are guns and ammunition provided?
It depends on the range. Ask Emily when you book. Range fees, rentals and ammunition are paid to the range.
Is ASI Dynamics part of Focal Point Academy?
No. ASI Dynamics LLC is an independent training company. Sessions with Emily are booked, priced and taught by ASI Dynamics. Focal Point Academy courses, including BSIS and CCW courses, are taught by Sam.
What is the cancellation policy?
ASI Dynamics asks for notice by 12:00 pm the day before your lesson. Cancellations before then receive a lesson credit. See the ASI Dynamics website for full terms.
